Hi There,**In Reference to booking ID: **********My Name is Wayne Aistrope, I just arrived today at my Accommodation in Ho Chi Minh Vietnam at the AHA Boutique Hotel.*I have booked for * nights but at this stage only paid the hotel on Credit card for the first night.*The hotel room is dirty, I would say the whole premises is dirty, the room I am in absolutely stinks of a musty smell which is unbearable. The Air conditioner does not give cold air at all, it is very noisy and I am here on business so it makes it very hard to work in my room.*The bathroom is very dirty and run down ( nothing like the pictures on your website ), there are dirty marks on my linen and I can not possibly stay here for * nights.*As I am a Photographer I will be taking photographic evidence of my claims, although the by far the worst thing is the musty stench in the room that unfortunately will not capture in an image.*So in the morning I want to leave this filthy hotel and relocate to a cleaner premises, I would say that this Hotel is completely false advertising on the Agoda website and totally unfair for expecting customers, this needs to be reported.*So I need to know given these circumstances what are my options, I will obviously have to stay here tonight as it is too late on a Saturday night to relocate, As I will stay here for one night I understand that the transaction I paid as a I arrived for the first night I will have to pay, But I want to leave tomorrow and don’t think it is fair if I am charged any further cancellation fee under the circumstances, it is out right not what the ad says on the Agoda booking site.*I am sure this is not the first complaint you have had regarding this property.*I await your response and help in resolving this matter.**Regards **Wayne Aistrope**Email: *****@***.com
