Hello, **I hope to know how soon can Agoda credit back my refund to my account? **I cancelled my booking with Ala Amid Hotel in Palawan on October **,****. However, my account was already charged for the full amount before I cancelled. There was that statement in the reservation that says, "Free cancellation until October **. You have nothing to pay until October **", yet I was already charged in full for * nights. My reservation was supposedly for October **-** yet.**I cancelled because I found a better deal somewhere else. I was hoping to get my refund soonest possible so I can use my money. **Please help.
