Hi there **This is regarding my booking ********** made thru agoda.com from **-**st oct. I had cancelled my booking long time ago as my trip chennai was cancelled but looks the the cancellation did not go thru the system. **I just saw a charge a on my card for £*** and didn’t realise that the *st time my cancellation did not go thru. I cancelled it again but looks like my card has got charged. **Is it possible for you to please make an exception and refund the money to my card. I tried contacting the hotel reservations department directly and they mentioned that the head office manages bookings and cancellations.**I’ve written to Agoda customer service and they mentioned that hotel management is not willing to refund any money at all but they have not sent a copy of your email. **i would be really greatful of you if you can please refund the charge and may be charge a small penalty amount. It’s not my fault that the cancellation did not go thru the *st time. I am tight for money and this would big help from your side if you can waive the cancellation charges. **Please consider my request and help in the refund process.
