I would like to request Agoda to cancel my * nights booking at Le Touch* hotel as I had checked out since **, Oct. The problem is that the hotel doesnt look like what we expected, smelly, dirty, and small. These cause me became sick. I want you to refund my * nights money back as soon as possible.

Hello agoda, I have booked and paid the Hotel named “Le Touch*” at pratunam for * nights. However, I had only stayed there for * nights and I found that the room was not what we expected when booking. The room was so small, smelly, and a bit dirty. I came with my mom and She couldn’t stay nor sleep there as it has no window and small, so it’s hard for her to breathe. This, I would like to ask for the cancellation for the next * nights or maybe refund for * nights is okay for me. I hope you would understand my concern and get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you
