The issue in GetHuman-audreyue's own words
Hello. Am following up on my request to cancel a hotel room I booked last ********** for a full refund with ID * *********. I requested cancellation less than an hour after booking when I found out that Alta Vista Hotel in Boracay is not accredited by the DOT (department of Tourism in the Philippines) to accept reservations, and that they failed to disclose that the property is far from the beach. The Agoda lady I spoke to said she will get back to me within ** hours to let me know if the hotel is agreeable to refunding my payment. I want to make sure that if I cancel I can get a full refund. The Agoda lady said she won't cancel anything until after she spoke to me about the response of the hotel to her query in behalf of my case.
