***Request to refund my booking fee.*Booking reference number: **********Last * digits of credit card used: ******Hi Team,**Last October *, i booked * rooms at Strand Hotel. This one is the second booking i made. I was able to cancel the first one without being charged. I am sure that i cancelled this booking because it says there that there was no cancellation charges yet. This is also the reason why i did not read the cancellation e-mail sent to me, because i was so sure that there was no cancellation fee.**Last night, i saw my credit card bill, and to my surprise, my credit card was charged! When i looked at the cancellation e-mail sent last Oct *, it says there that i will be fully charged. :(**You will see that on the same day, i booked another hotel through your site as well. Booking ID: *********.**Can you please help refund my booking fee for *********? Trust that you will do everything to make this happen. It is a huge amount of money and had i known that there will be a full charge, i should have not booked a different hotel.
