Booking * *********. I was charged for a booking which I canceled. On April **,**** I called and accidentally booked a hotel at Conrad in Manila, Minutes Later tryed to cancel through the website which I booked through by sending several emails. I tryed to call but had no phone service on sarigao island. After getting phone service I called American Express and told them what happened and they told me they would take care of it. I sent them emails I sent and receipt I received from you with cancel booking that was put on it by agoda they told me they would take care of it but now I still have the charge and American Express told me they lost the complaint and that I should contact agoda about this issue. *I tryed to cancel this booking within minutes but was charged anyway for a hotel I did not use. If you look at receipt you sent for my address it says cancel booking that was entered by agoda. Please consider a refund of this problem. Look forward to hearing from you Glen Edgecomb
