Help with my Agoda issue
The issue in GetHuman-lingmei's own words
I was trying to change status of my booking. I want to restore the original booking for hotel Skypark Central Myeongdong ... On ** November ****, I made * booking ID********** and ID********** Hotel Skypark Central Myeongdong. I accidentally pressed the nonrefundable payment buttons and ended making full payment for both the bookings. When I realized my mistake ( as I am not too familiar with online bookings), I ended up cancelling the booking **********. *I have questions:- Can I reverse the cancellation and reconfirm the booking? Do I have to pay any penalty? Can I change the status of my bookings to ‘free cancellation’?Can I call personally and talk to some one (a human)instead of being directed to agoda online.*I have tried to reach agoda online but somewhere I have not been successful. *I await your reply
