Last Monday, I was trying to make a booking for Batam View Resort. When I was booking through Agoda App, there was a system glitch for a moment and I might have booked twice which was non-refundable. **I only received one confirmation ID from agoda - ********* (SGD ***.**), so I thought the other booking didn't go through which was a relieve. However, when I looked at the bank statement, I was charged with * bookings, one with SGD ***.** (above amount) and another one with SGD ***.**.**I understand that the room that I booked is under special offer which is non-cancellable. However, I hope I would get a refund given my circumstances.**Another thing I would like to highlight is that right after booking the room, I noticed the room rates for the same hotel has dropped to SGD *** (for free cancellation).**Given the higher price I paid for non-cancellation compared to the prices now, I really hope you can consider refunding me. **I've been trying to call Agoda customer service line for many days and there was no answer. This issue has been bothering me for days, and I feel very upset about paying room rates which are higher (twice) with non-cancellation.**Really hope to hear from you soon.
