*I'm writing this email because I made a reservation throughout Priceline for a Superior Room in the hotel Five Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, to the name of Dina Castillo. I've just contacted the hotel to request some other information about their facilities and they have told me that our booking was canceled and that we should contact the main booker. I expect you to deliver answers as soon as possible and to give me some information about what is going on. Also, obviously I expect you to re-book the room for us. Please, contact me.
