Refund money to my account ... Early morning today **th august at **.** AM, I was booked flight to Agoda to search flight Phnom penh to Ho chi minh city dated ** sept **** then appeared and provided by tripair.com. transaction by my Visa debit was succeed. A few minutes later at **.** AM tripair.com send me cancellation notice for flight ticket. considering their security so as they rejecting my booking flight. However my fund was deducted at same time. I checked my bank account has deducted amount *,***,*** IDR but in their first email that sent to me has deducted *,***,*** IDR. So have discrepancy ***,*** IDR. Then my problem still continue. At **.** AM I asked tripair.com for how long refund process to my bank account. Their response very slow. Tonight at **.** PM just answered by them. Their answered also very impolite you can read as follows:**Quote*"We would like to inform you that your reservation was canceled for security reasons, as our bank characterized the relevant transaction as a high risk one.*Please bear in mind that our agency examines thoroughly all tickets issued through our online system, as all our actions aim to the maximum safety of as many transactions as possible. In order to provide a safe online environment for our users we may cancel a ticket due to various conflictive elements according to parameters indicated by our cooperating bank. Unfortunately, we cannot disclose such info and according to our bank we can't proceed with any further reservation.*The cancellation of your ticket took place simultaneously with the cancellation of the transaction so that the credit card used during the booking process is instantly fully refunded."**Unquote**"Transaction as a high risk one" I don't get it. Why tripair.com said like that?I did plenty booked flight by online and this is my first time treated like this. I felt accused as scammer and this is big humiliation for me.*"Can't disclosed refund process info" ** minutes ago, I called my bank and they said tripair.com shall gave info regarding refund procees because its their mandatory to give info cancellation transaction due to my fund has deducted completely.*Agoda I hope you can solving my problem. I already complain to tripair.com but ignoring by them. My deducted fund was *,***,*** IDR. Tripair.com don't know how to service customer and don't know their product completely such as refund process, how to detect scammer they completely don't know, don't care for customer due to very low response to answer question.
