Hi there, this is Md Faisal Kabir from Bangladesh (member ID: ********). **I had booked two rooms at "Kibata Boutique Hotel Lembongan" in Indonesia through AGODA on **th June, ****. My arrival date was supposed to be **th August and departure date should've been **th August, ****. My booking id is *********. I was informed by AGODA that USD equivalent to IDR.**,**,*** will be deducted from my credit card on **th August, ****. On **th August, ****, my bank informed me through sms that $***.** have been deducted from my credit card for my purchase at agoda. **But upon arrival on **th August at around **:**PM, i was informed by the kibata boutique hotel authorities that they haven't received any information about my booking from AGODA authorities and they are totally booked at this moment.**I tried to call agoda authorities on their customer support number (i.e. *** ** **** ****) several times but i failed to reach anyone. So finally I leave the hotel and book two rooms in another hotel for the night. **Considering the scenario, I am requesting a full refund amounting $***.** from AGODA authorities. This amount may be reimbursed favoring my credit card.
