Dear Mr.,**I have mistakenly made a double reservation.*And right now I have already entered the hotel with my second booking (*********) so the hotel is asking me to cancel the first error booking (*********) or your agent will charge the money via my Visa card. Please kindly check with the hotel fo more information and the hotel is now charging me **$ for that. However, if you reply to this email and understand our situation right now and feedback to the hotel then we can refund our money back.**Thanks,*Rachny
