Hi agoda, my name is miss masayu abdullah, I received your email claims that my booking on plaza premium lounge gateway@klia* (booking ID *********) has been rejected by maybank*u.**However, the payment that I made via maybank*u *MOLpay yesterday already deducted from my maybank account.**Can you please help me check why is this happening?? I tried to call the plaza premium lounge so many times however it was not answered, and I tried to google agoda's contact number however non can be reached.**Kindly update me as sson as possible.**I dialed your customers services number as listed however non can be reached as well.**Thank you.
