Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-mcnair_ a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-mcnair_'s own words
I had a reservation (**********) in Tokyo that was originally for *-nights. I contacted Agoda on June **th and shortened the stay to *-night. Agoda checked with the hotel and assured me that there was no problem. Agoda sent me an email on June **th with the receipt for payment for the *-night stay ($***.**) that was charged to my credit card. *-weeks following my stay Agoda charged my credit card for $***.**. This is an erroneus charge as the reservation was changed, confirmed and paid for on June **th.
GetHuman-mcnair_ did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
