Booking ID: **********I am pasting the following message sent by ZEN ROOMS to me in which they are informing that I have booked room without Breakfast (see the message pasted here). However in your booking information you have mentioned that Breakfast is included (see the attached Hotel Booking Certificate). I have booked NONREFUNDABLE room and so now it is not possible for me to cancel it.**Please see how ZEN ROOMS are confused --I have checked again on the Hotel website and the same room costing Rs. ***** per night and then calculated the price for two rooms for three nights --it comes Rs. *****.** which also show FREE BREAKFAST.**Please do the needful and inform me immediately. I am really feeling sorry that I have booked my room with such
