I booked with Agoda but made a mistake in the place booked and then through live chat requested whether it was possible to have a refund. The Agoda staff member said she would contact the property owner and find out and let me know within * days. I did not get contacted. I checked my agoda log in which said that the money was refunded and the booking cancelled, but I have not had a refund through Paypal or the credit card used under paypal. I would like to find out, if the refund was paid, where it was paid to. If not paid, I wonder if it can be paid back or the original paypal payment rejected somehow or cancelled. If the booking cannot be cancelled with refund, I need to be informed so I can know whether or not I need to book somewhere else. Please let me know as soon as possible

I had tried email previously, but now tried phone. It went well. They organised for an Agoda gift card for the full amount which was fine for me as I needed to rebook acommondation for that time anyway.
