Hi,*I have done a wrong booking by mistake. I was supposed to book a stay at Heritance Khandalama, Sri Lanka for July **-**. I booked June **-** BY MISTAKE. Now I have been tossed around between you guys and the hotel. The hotel asks me to contact Agoda and you guys tell me to contact the hotel.**I have paid a complete amount of *** Euros. The worst part is Agoda has stopped answering our calls. We are very busy with other things too and cannot SIT AND WAIT FOR YOU TO PICK CALL FOR MORE THAN ** MINS EVERY SINGLE DAY.**Can someone contact me at the earliest?
