Dear Agoda Team, i was already texting you via the message folder of my booking (nr: *********) and i got an answer, so i thought it worked.*I did a wrong booking and the hotel itself (hakamanu lodge in tikehau) told me that they refund my money and transferd me to an other hotel. But i see on my creditcard that you charged me the stay. So i kindly ask you to cancel this booking and refund the money back on the card i used for the payment. *Thank you and kind regards,*Laura Fraticelli
