I have dozens of claims that Aetna has not handled properly, and every time I get someone on the phone I have to explain the details to them. Usually they tell me they have fixed it, and I have to call back in two weeks and start over again because nothing has been done. On one occasion I was told that because I did not accept Medicare Part B, Aetna was charging me for what Medicare Part B *would have paid*!!!! That's crazy. I would like to sit down, face to face, with someone that can straighten everything out. Someone I can call when it doesn't get fixed. Someone with authority and responsibility.
GetHuman-sakowitz did not yet indicate what Aetna should do to make this right.
