I have been trying to call Aeroplan to change my reward booking and despite trying for days, and each call for at least **min wait, I can’t get to any person. Worse, I can’t change the booking over the website either, which is quite frustrating. I live overseas so the time difference doesn’t help either. I would love to be able to speak with a person to resolve the issue.
