I believe I signed up for an Aeroplan account as I have accumulated more than [redacted] Aeroplan points. Unfortunately, I never received a physical card, so I am unsure of my account number. When attempting to create an account using my email address, I received a message stating that it's already associated with an existing account. Despite this, I am unable to access my account as I cannot recall my password. I have tried using the "forgot your password" feature but have not received any response. Could you assist me with this issue, please?

Subject: Flight Booking Inquiry Dear Customer Service, I made a flight booking using my Aeroplan points for my sons, J.H. and C.H., on October 28, [redacted] (booking #BI627H). I have yet to receive the itinerary or flight tickets via email. Can you please forward the necessary details to me at [redacted] for this booking reference #BI627H? The flights are scheduled from Nanaimo, B.C. to Vancouver, B.C., then Vancouver, B.C. to Calgary, Alberta on December 11, [redacted]. The return flights are from Calgary, Alberta to Vancouver, B.C., then Vancouver, B.C. to Nanaimo, B.C. on January 22, [redacted]. I have attempted to reach out to Air Canada and Aeroplan without success. I keep encountering automated systems that do not assist me. Thank you, B.H. [redacted]

I need to update my Aeroplan profile with a new email address. My name is Judith Jossa and my Aeroplan number is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. I have changed my email to [redacted] and would like to know my current points balance. I attempted to make these changes over the phone without success. Unfortunately, the online verification code is sent to my old email, which I can no longer access due to the change in email service providers. You can also reach me at 1-[redacted]. I hope to resolve this issue promptly to check my points balance.

I am experiencing two problems currently. Firstly, I asked for my daughter's name to be corrected on Aero Plan, but the request hasn't been completed yet. Secondly, my account was deactivated because I failed to activate it after registering for Aero Plan. I have made numerous attempts to contact customer service via phone, but I have been unsuccessful. I am looking for a prompt solution to these issues.
