Between Aeroplan and Get Human providing lots of opportunity to voice my complaint and provide input, I have yet to have any non-automated feedback - let alone someone actually repond to try to deal with my concern. ALL I AM TRYING TO DO IS RESET MY F!@$!$!* PASSWORD. Having phoned repeatedly and been disconnected due to call volumes and having token emails from Get Human it has all been a complete and utter waste of time. This is nothing short of pretend customer service to mask the fact that Aeroplan's customer service in fact ***** royally. Time to look for a new royalty program. Five days and counting now and I can't get a human being to answer the phone ...

I've been trying for two days to reset my passwork. I can't even get through to a que. The automated service tells me to log in to update details. I can't log in because I have to reset my password. Then I am disconnected over and over because you are busy. This is beyond poor customer service...
At some point, someone actually has to respond to a customer complanint to call it customer service.
Answer the fu***$%* phone and don't disconnect me due to "call volumes" If this happens every time I call then I would suggest you might consider hiring more staff.
I have been with Aeroplan for almost ** years. I expected that they would answer the phone to reset my password when I called. * days later I realize that customer service is not a priority to them.
I tried Get Human which is equally phony and ineffective at actually generating a response for my concerns.
How GetHuman-dabcous fixed the problem
Huh ... nothing fixed at all. For two days I keep getting disconnected due to call volumes over and over. I just want to reset my password. That's all. Really. It should be pretty simple. How GetHuman interprets my ** hours of frustration as a problem solved is beyond me. Almost as ridiculous as Aeroplan ...
