Sorry, for not being able to communicate via call, since I'm traveling in Brazil and your call-center-robot tells me, that there are technical issues. *I've traveled this year already on four flights with Air Canada and wanted to redeem these Miles at an Aeroplan account. But everytime I try to make up an Account at your website it tells me, that I'm already a member. Anyways, if I try to log in it tells me that I, or my account cannot be identificated. *It would be a pleasure, if you could help me to solve this problem! **Lucas Wiebe
