Sorry, for not being able to communicate via call, since I'm traveling in Brazil and your call-center-robot tells me, that there are technical issues. *I've traveled this year already on four flights with Air Canada and wanted to redeem these Miles at an Aeroplan account. But everytime I try to make up an Account at your website it tells me, that I'm already a member.
