I have had *** dollars of my money taken from my account for hotel. But was never told no visitor policy. Clerk didn't mention it. You don't mention it. So I got hotels.com on phone between mgr* And hotels rep* They cancelled ot and refund my l$ in ** hours. Then to add to that. My own card company allowed thos hold to go on for ** more days. Come to find out. Sebpdy didn't complete the cancellation* And let bank know they are not getting charged. It was on purpose . Because I called mgr out about dishonest biz practices. * I think it's sad that by no fault of my own. Got money taken out of my account . And was not allowed access to my money because why? Why ** days. That's unlawful. * I will get the word out about stuff like this. So it doesnt happen again to someone else*James case
