The issue in GetHuman-sarowlan's own words
Why do they ask for a complete SSN when changing from a Uverse line back to a POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) line? They have my last * digits and I have had service with them since ****. Anyone else experienced this? I am very reluctant to provide this information to an off-shore operation, especially when told my call was being recorded.

GetHuman-sarowlan did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
