My cell * was ***-***-**** until Oct.**th **** when I cancelled because I moved to Romania.*Prior to my leaving, I called AT@T telling them to cancel my account at the end of Oct. knowing that by that time I will have a different carrier in Romania . I paid the $** international roaming and the $**.** for the service for the month of Oct. I thought that we are fair and square, although I overpaid by $**.** or so.*To my surprise you keep sending me bills to a friend who receives my forwarded mail .How can you bill me for a number that was disconnected and has no activity? Please check your records and solve my problem.*Thank you, Cornelia Toderita
