You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I called AT&T at ***-***-**** after MONTHS of waiting for them to credit an erroneous bill for internet service! At least * phone calls and hours of my time finally corrected the bill. I was threatened with collections on a $**.** charge I did not owe. After my last conversation, my bill has a CREDIT of $**.**! AT&T has HORRIBLE customer service! I would NEVER use them and plan to switch our cell provider to someone else after this experience.
