ref* billing account **********foundation account **********My name is Dale Smith and I'm writing this message on behalf of myself and CDT Unlimited to express my complete dissatisfaction with AT&T wireless.***I've been a loyal AT&T customer for close to ** years, but over the past several years AT&T's customer service * support has gotten progressively worse. I receive emails informing me that my service is to be changed. Ok, a reasonable person would think that this transition would be seamless, but not so, you must change login and passwords. Links provided in referenced emails never take you to the "new" location but to the old or a different site where login information doesn’t work. And of course for my safety and security (ha) my account is locked, after a few attempts, and I'm unable to access my account to pay my bill. I even had my wife on the phone with your reps for over * hours last year to straighten out some problems (to no avail), as she is much more tolerant than I.***Speaking of my "safety and security", I would like an explanation how a ** year old gentleman can walk into one of your locations with one of my phones and exchange it for a new $***.** * Iphone without contacting me or anyone for that matter, and have everything billed to my account (his name cannot be found anywhere in my account authorizing such a purchase). Now, let me say that this gentleman is a dear dear friend and I don’t care what he does or what charges he incurs on my account, but no one at AT&T knew that nor did they bother to ask. The problem as I see it is anyone could do the same thing, and until I realized what had happened I would be on the hook for it. Really?***Currently my service is suspended. It is not difficult for you to verify how many times I have attempted to access my account in the previous weeks and the useless conversation with one of your reps, last week, trying to get this fixed. I'm not sure what the next move is but I am sure it is yours.
