Watch tv ... I’ve had internet issues for a few days. Now a tech cannot come out for * days. I work from home so this is unacceptable. Also, I recently had vocal cord surgery and am unable to talk. The live chat told me to call. I cannot call. It’s unacceptable to not have a way to chat with someone or email someone. If this is the standard service, I will switch to cable and be done with your service.
Waiting * days for internet and not being able to have a means of communication without speaking (which I am unable to do at the moment) is unacceptable.

I’ve been a customer for many years...I even worked for bellsouth until ATT purchased the company.
Unplugged and restarted the gateway...sometimes it works, other times it does not. Have traced all cables and no issue.
