On ********* , I called AT&T to have my TV service disconnected after having to call back every to try to get my billing corrected. Those calls always resulted in my billing not getting corrected, and my payment increasing. After much stress, I finally bit the bullet and disconnected. It was a shame cause I had been a loyal customer for many years. At the time of disconnect, I offered to pay my bill but was told by one of your employees named Anthony, not to pay the bill cause I would get a final bill once my equipment was returned. I waited and only one of the two boxes arrived, the other was lost, I panicked and ended up locating the other box . When I finally got a bill with a late fee of $*.** Added. I called AT&T and the person got nasty we me and said she did not have the authority to do that, I then asked to speak to a Supervisor and she said there was none available, I would have to call back later. On *********, my Bank Capital Federal Savings sent a E Payment to Direct Tv to Pay Account * ******* as directed. My payment was for $***.**. $***.** less *.*** $***.**. On ******* I called AT&T to see why the had not received payment. I was switched from AT&T to Direct TV with long wait times and my bill still remains unpaid---Last time this happened it took * months to get resolved, I was told the two account numbers would be linked together, so this would not happen again. MY Direct TV Account * is ******* and my AT&T account* is *********. Please Help, Frustrated ** year old**ers would be linked together so this would never happen again
