I have never in my life experienced a company that was so poorly operated as ATT*DIRECTV. If I had not mistakenly agreed to a two year contract I would cancel my service with both ATT cellular and Directv. If someone from the corporate office would like to take the time to contact me I would love to have the chance to tell them first hand what it's like to be one of their customers. This has been a nightmare having to deal with these companies...!!!*Looking forward to hearing from someone that actually cares.
