iPhone *s (* of them) att said throw away micro cell, we did, now missing calls and sometimes unable to call for hours at a time. Never an issue with Microcell service always worked fine. Want it back or another service must be available. Your “WiFi calling service “ is simply not useful as phone drops in and out causing dropped calls then no reconnect for a long period of time also not allowing person we were speaking with to re-call for some time. In addition to the other problems voices are many times garbled and difficult to hear. Also not an issue with microcell. I would expect att to replace microcell with no charges.
GetHuman2457444 did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
