I need Someone at the AT&T store to take me seriously and provide me with a new user ID and password that does not contain my name and is not linked to any of the accounts I’ve had before so that he can’t go and enjoy them I want completely separate that’s why it’s in my name Lillian and I’m gonna pay the bill not him so I don’t want him I don’t want it remotely resembles my name or anything

* *** years ago I filed for divorce my husband is collecting all the community property rent therefore he supposed to pay for the mortgages and the Internet and the TV even though he doesn’t live with me I did not realize until recently that he was controlling my home network wirelessly from outside the home and it wasn’t secure from him read my attorneys emails so I canceled and broke the contract with AT&T for Internet and the universe that I had which I didn’t have a contact for. * *** years ago I filed for divorce my husband is collecting all the community property rent therefore he supposed to pay for the mortgages and the Internet and the TV even though he doesn’t live with me I did not realize until recently that he was controlling my home network wirelessly from outside the home and it wasn’t secure from him read my attorneys emails so I canceled and broke the contract with AT&T for Internet and the U-verse that I had which I didn’t have a contact for i’ve been arranged to sign up for my own AT&T Internet and DIRECTV account Aaron scheduled me for two weeks out so for two weeks I had no Wi-Fi in my house whatsoever on the **th Marie‘s M came out and installed my Internet and DIRECTV when the geek squad came out on the **st the **th the Internet was put in on the **st to get his card came out to secure the network that night I went into try to set up my profile and I didn’t know my user ID, or password so I went through the prompts and came up with you have two user IDs you can merge these IDs if you want which I don’t want to do I want to remove the first ID because it’s the one that links to the account my husband was managing without my consent secretly but there’s no way for me to on merge the accounts and there’s no way for me to delete the other account and my husband has already merged him and even though I’ve been into several AT&T stores they say oh no he’s not on your account he is I know this for a fact because I got eight letters from AT&T when I went to my PO Box finally about change my password change my security questions changing my online profile all the things that I hadn’t done . So although he does not show up as he’s on my account he secretly and they’re under paperless billing and he has access to my new account. I want the user I’d* email: M*****@***.com deleted, & Removed from being linked & associated with my new ATT account which is : martagrecny@Att.net . Your website says that they can be removed however when you go to try to do it there’s no where to click on to actually make it happen and I know for a fact that he is already linked to his self in a hidden mode to my new account because I couldn’t answer the security questions are the password or the offline security or any of the things that I was being asked and that I received letters about the mean change every time I call the number on if you didn’t do this call this number is in a tutu to something I get the runaround it’s been two weeks now if somethings not done quickly I am going to violate my contract and I’ll have to go with Spectrum- or files or somebody because this is been going on for your website says they can’t be removed however when you go to try to do it there’s no way to click on to actually make it happen and I know for a fact that he is already linked to his self in the hidden mode to my new account because I couldn’t answer the security questions or the password or the off-line security or any of the things that I was being asked and then I received letters about the mean change every time I call the number on if you didn’t do this call this number is it * to * something I get the runaround by employees who have not a clue what I’m talking about and can’t help me and don’t think it really exists ! If you all can’t help I’m going to cancel my contract prematurely you can take me to court I don’t care I’ll file bankruptcy I’m pissed off that I can’t get him out of my life and nobody’s helping !* I’m also kind of pissed off with your billing system because when this whole thing started a year ago I was supposed to get DIRECTV and Internet the first installer said oh you have a tile roof I can’t put in your DIRECTV but we have independent contractors that can three days later another guy came out Aaron Gates who said oh I can walk on your roof but your ficus trees are too big so he put in U-verse without the shoes in a package without me signing a contract nothing U-verse is really crappy I had **, billion hours every ** minutes Josh Barton came out and fix the U-verse by running a new cable and it worked fine my ficus trees have not been cut. * However during this time for the first four months I kept getting a *** and something dollar bill because I was being billed for DIRECTV U-verse and the Internet and every month I had to take the bill down to hate AT&T store in my neighborhood and waste ** minutes to an hour and a half of my time getting to the manager to get the DIRECTV charges removed from my bill this went on for four months finally after four months the DIRECTV charges no longer showed up on my bill but I got a bill from Direct TV for equipment that was never installed my house then DIRECTV turning to collection for Quinn and I was never given because why would somebody get U-verse, DIRECTV and Internet? * So finally I got AT&T to get a hold of Direct TV to get Direct TV to get a hold of the collection agency to remove me from collection since I never got the equipment in the first place !** So recently with Eric Aaron signed me up for my new AT&T to be installed on February ** with DIRECTV she quoted me the price of $*** for the first bill after that it would drop but there were additional charges on the first thing I got my first bill and it’s $*** there’s a $** fee on there for something I never was asked if I wanted I was never told I was getting and was installed in my house without my permission it’s some type of wireless router for DIRECTV so the man didn’t have to run a cable I guess it made his job easier but he never told me it was gonna cost me $** more actually *** the tax so I’m a little pissed off about that too and I’m wondering what my bills going to be next month ?**There has been a plethora of errors that have cost me ours an hours of time and my time is valuable so if you can’t fix this problem I’m going to cut my service and find some other source of Internet sorry to be so nasty but I’m for ** years I have been able to get my husband out of my life and out of my account and my personal space I didn’t realize he was so deep in bedded in my brain and now I’m at my wits end because he just doesn’t know when I draw the line in the sand to stop and nobody else is seeming to help! there has been a plethora of errors that have cost me ours an hours of time and my time is valuable so if you can’t fix this problem I’m going to cut my service and find some other source of Internet sorry to be so nasty but I’m for ** years I have been able to get my husband out of my life and out of my account and my personal space I didn’t realize he was so deep in bedded in my brain and now I’m at my wits end because he just doesn’t know when I draw the line in the sand to stop and nobody else is seeming to help **What I hope you all will be able to do is to set me up with a whole new AT&T email and user ID without using my name so my husband can’t track it and transfer my account over there but if not I will have to seek out Internet elsewhere thank you my phone number is ***-***-**** my address is PO Box ****, Brea, CA ***** and my physical street address is **** Primrose Ave. in Brea California* And FYI my email which is my second Apple ID and had to get it because he violated my first one and all my accounts three years ago so the one I’m going to put down now is still not secure and my husband has access to it but it’s the only other email I have .*When I try to change my password I don’t get the messages because I don’t have AT&T for cell phone I’m on Verizon therefore your emails to me don’t come through my iCloud but my husband gets the messages and he’s the on e I’m trying to keep it out of my account and get out of my life* I mean seriously he’s reading the emails from my divorce attorney ***My HP printer has a email address he is not privy to yet. It is* HPAppleP*****@***.com*However, I will only get an email you sent there or if I’m at home and it prints . The following icloud email has been violated by my husband, as well as all the accounts associated with it !
