I had talked to someone in January about my bill and that it had gone up because my discounts expired. I was told that if I renewed and made a payment arrangement to pay $*** I would receive a credit on my next months bill that would cover the remaining balance which was **.**. I got my new bill and now I have a past due balance for this amount which is a contradiction to what I was told. Now what is infurating more than anything is I definitely would not have agreed to renew the service if I was going to have to pay $*** dollars anyway whether it was split up or not . I would have just done what I was initially going to do and just have let the contract end and would have just used my streaming services that my husband and I pay for
