I have had your service for a little over * months and it's the worst experience I have every had. When I first sign up for your service you guys made two accounts in my names which called for for my service to be turn off two before you claim the problem was fix. Then you charge me for a last fee that I never got back by the way on a mistake from you end. Every month I have been on the phone with you about this problem and you have yet to fix it. Then instead of you stopping or deleting the other account you kept it running. Then you guys sent the account to a collection agency. Which I just learned has now been added to my credit. On top of this I have Internet with you that has not been working since I have had the service I been calling and on the phone with you guys and that problem has not been fix either. You have sent four people hereto my home within the last six month and again problem has not been fix. Last guy you sent came look and said he cause not fix it but would put in a work order for someone to come out. That I would receive a call it's been weeks and nothing. I basically been paying for a service that I was not promise or supposed to have receive from you guys. I talk to a "Supervisor" who said he would take off two months of late fee (from the phone trouble) and put as credit but only add *.**. And last time I checked *.** don't add up to two months of last fee for you guys if so I been seriously over charged. The only thing that been going right is my tv services. So great job *out of * servies i have with you guys. This would be that last time I tried to contact you guys about this since this would be the tenth time. And if these problems are not fix or something done about this I would be taking outside action with you guys on these claim:**. Starting not one but two accounts in my name.**. Turn off my service twice for a mistake made on you end.**. Charging hidden fees for over months on a mistake made on you end.**. Not closing or deleting account when the problem was address **. Leave the account open after problem was address**. Send account to collections agency basically telling me I have to pay for a service I never had**. Having my credit mess with.**. Lying multiple times about problems being fix and have not.**. Internet service the was promised in contract that was never provided ....**The first time I have every had a phone service, cable or Internet in my name and the worst experience every. I have not been happy once within the last * month of you service. And maybe think it best if I leave you service, if this is the way you treat your customers within the first year.
