Re: CM********************Good morning,**Please help me! I ask for a cruise package in December for ***-***-****. The cruise package would not work. As a result I had to pay for wifi on the ship. I would be happy to provide you with a copy of the bill showing I paid on board. I spent ** minutes and talked to three representatives trying to get the package and your representative assured me it was the best option. Not so!!**Additionally my sons phone ***-***-**** was charged for roaming and his cellular data was turned off! The total of these two charges was $***.**.**I called ATT on *-**-** and advised of the issues and requested a credit. I spent another ** minutes and talked to three representatives to try and resolve this issue. I was assured I would receive a response by *-**-**. I NEVER heard back from ATT. When I went to pay my bill today I realized the credit was not applied.**I called again today and after ** more minutes was told my request was rejected!! Really is this the customer service you provide!! **Up until * months ago I was paying over $*** a month for wireless charges. I now have included my TV, land line and internet and pay over $*** a month to ATT. I have never asked for a credit. Obviously there is an issue for me to do that. I do not want to pay $*** for something I did not use!! This is so wrong!!**I paid my bill today but please credit my account accordingly for these charges!! $***!! I will most certainly go wireless, TV, internet and land land shopping if this is how you are going to treat me after being with your company OVER ** years!!!***Marie Crozier******
