Home modem device with back up power supply was working and did not want it upgraded.You did anyway and caused me * nights of **** trying to get all of my devices back working the way they were with your sorry help over the phone.When that pain was over the real problem was try to get help with the battery black up you did not replace or even tell me you took.You have a horrible support staff and I already hate it when my contracts run out .No one wanted to help only to tell me battery back up was no longer available, which would have been fine if I had started or wanted a upgrade.After being on hold or begging to speak to a manager that I can not begin to explain the trouble that was over countless hours.I got to speak to a manager and was told you would get me a free back up.I called the number provided only to be told by your battery department what he said was a lie.I could not get back to the last manager because of your GREAT system and stated all over.Mabey just to shut me up another manager said I could not just get a battery back up but I could start over again and the service man would bring out a new modem with a built in battery back up.So I made plans and got home to wait on service to only get a phone call from your service man that I was lied to again and there was no modern as stated he could bring so I never say him after all my trouble.I made another call to discuss how happy I was and got a great $** credit on my next bill (Mabey?) instead of sending me a unversial back up that would work on any modem.If there is no official back up available where I was directed to was he made up because he wanted to sell me one when I told him I was suppose to get it replaced free.You always seen to want to make consumers happy but have no clue.If I could have just gotten back with the last manager each time I would not have to start over telling the story all over it would not been quite the **** but I know that will never happen.I am not sure how little you care but I had to give up again with you people and do what you said an buy my own Universal Back UP as you always wanted after you started this forever trouble.PS would you be happy to know I bought the back up myself on line only for my trouble to continue with the device with a bad NEW battery and I am to this day weeks later having the same luck with them replacing the battery as I did service and help from you.I needed the back up for a very good reason and here I am still begging people who already have your money for help.At least I hope I do not have a power outage and lose phone service since your other bad decision of combining phone with internet taking away the dependable phone service the would work most times without power.Who says things only get better?As far as what I want I can not get my time back, so is it a dumb question to have a number to call to Really get help without all of this.The other thing I wanted was to only get back to where I was when I was told even with no problems you were going to check my service not change it to the mess you caused.Is it a laugh to still want for free what you took away the working backup system or do you agree I should have to eat the cost?Most people I know do not wate money on home lines.Are you trying to Run me off with all this great service?I wish I could say thanks .David (***-***-****)
