On Saturday January ** **** I agreed and paid sales tax on * iphone xr with a new user agreement. My bank account was debited the money and I was advised to accept terms and conditions and have my phone numbers from Verizon ported so that my order could be shipped. I did everything I was told and or asked to do as well as paying the sales tax on the phones with the bogo deal And was approved for no deposit. I recieved a few emails regarding phone number that were to be ported as well as the terms and conditions. Here it is, Tuesday January ** **** I have contacted att at minimum ** times about why my order hasn't been shipped. Including this morning for ** mins and was assured my order was being shipped this afternoon. Lo and behold I receive a email this afternoon that my order is cancelled. What??? Why?? So I of course call and no one and i mean no one will help me or tell me why. They told me that that would re process the order but now it would cost over $**** upfront. What??? I want my original order re processed and shipped. This is ridiculous and misleading. Bad business and I will contact a lawyer. Something needs to be done! Someone needs to fix this.
