Hello, I'm a telephone system vendor and our company is a solutions provider for AT&T. We have a customer that moved about * miles away to a new location. Due to a mistake on the F order, the lines didn't get installed on the new location during the day of the move to the new location. We had AT&T call forward the lines to the customers main office in another city which worked fine. Once the lines did get installed at the new location, the lines would not unforward even when AT&T sent a technician out to try and unforward the manually using feature codes. On top of that, AT&T said they don't see any forwarding on the lines in their system. This has been going on for almost three weeks without a resolution. The customer is an attorney and his patience is wearing mighty thin. When we try to get the AT&T repair center to refer us to an engineer that could solve this issue, they tell us that this problem doesn't warrant talking to a AT&T engineer. We need a resolution to this issue ASAP. Thanks
