I received my new iPhone XS purchased from AT&T around the **th or **th of December ****. Several days later I discovered that the Bluetooth feature was not working properly. I took the phone to one of the stores here in Columbia, SC on December **th. There they went through the troubleshooting steps and determined that the phone was working properly. I said that I wanted to return the phone for replacement or refund. I asked could they return it fro me, she "yes, but she'd have to charge me $**, if you return it yourself, you won't have to pay anything." I returned it using the provided return label. Tracking * **********************. On December **rd I spoke with one of your AT&T agents, he said the phone was in Ft. Worth, TX, and that he had no further information to give. He gave me a phone number for the return department. Calling that number has not yielded any success, as I can only go through phone prompts. I'd like AT&T to locate my iPhone **XS and replace it or refund my money.
