Not to be charged for service I did not receive. ... AT&T debited my account for ***.** and should not have done so. I terminated my Directv service on **********. I should be due a refund for service not used that I paid for in November ****, plus a credit for the ***.**. My payments are in advance and I did not have Directv after **********. Equipment was returned on ********** via UPS per your instructions. My account number was ********. Charles Rich.*The service address is (was) *** Ridgeview Drive, St. Robert, MO *****. My phone number is ***-***-****, DO NOT CALL AFTER *:** PM.
I was told by a Directv rep when I cancelled my service that I would be reimbursed for the portion of service that I would not be getting and had already paid for in advance. Instead, AT&T has debited my bank account for another month for service I will not be receiving.
I want my bank account credited with the ***.** that has wrongly taken, plus the amount due me for the unused portion of last month's payment.
