Akard St.*Dallas, TX *******Before I KICK BACK TO RELAX, I must reach out to ATT and please know that a “Mark” who helped me this evening with my very extreme drop in internet speed from ***MH to *MH was incredibly patient, quite knowledgeable and helped me solve my problem.****The call took place at *:**PM Eastern Standard Time **.*.****.***My name is Gaynel Bryan, ******-*******The Issue is a huge drop in my download speed from *** MH to * MH, making it impossible to watch TV, Roku or even use my own cell phone in my home FOR THE PAST * WEEKS!!***I called the Direct TV customer support without any success.***I called UVerse technical support with no success and was told I needed a wifi extender, for whick I will have to pay $**.***After talking to friends, they assured me that an extender would not increase the wifi speed.***So, I called again tonight and finally, “Mark” in the Philippines (again incredibly patient, kind), took the time to understand and he actually improved the speed. He also took my request & properly documented the issue! **Please take the time and energy to find this young man and in some way reward him. He is a huge asset to ATT and without his help, I was ready to blast ATT on social network. I have a strong following and “word of mouth” speaks volumes. I did not want to do that and Mark was the one saving grace for ATT with me!*************As an aside: I have friends who are also starting to complain about the ATT network service. Their wifi quality has gone way down! What in the world is ATT doing to ***** up WiFi speeds??? Not sure what you are doing but people are wanting to changing providers.
