I was forced to change my programming today ****** due to directv shutting off my local channels. **Account *: ************The cost I was quoted to change our package to EXTRA because...our local channels all of a sudden were not available was $***.** per month with no penalty to change package when there is time to review email sent by ATT. *I did not agree, nor know about a ** month commitment. *Please let this email distinguish that I will not be obligated to the ** month commitment. *I’m disappointed that after being a directv Custmer for approx ** years I was forced to change packages due to shutting off our local channels without notice. **Please call me to verify receipt of this email. **Thank you**Dan medaglia **** ***-****
