I paid my last months bill of $**.** your company emailed me a confirmation code and receipt showing that i paid it. The money was even taken out the account. I have been trying for the past * weeks to get in touch with a customer service representative within that department. I have pictures of the emailed confirmation and a picture of my bank statement. When i went in to check this months bill it’s showing me that i owe $** and change and that your company only received $**.** which my bank statements says otherwise. I am not paying the reminding balance because i know that i paid the thing to your company and also that your company took the $**.** out of my account.
