The issue in GetHuman-fairkjk's own words
We are cancelling Direct TV and internet. Still have landline and wireless with AT&T. They are telling me I signed a contract last year for two years. When questioned, finally said they had a signature but wouldn't say who. We have been customers of Bell South*AT&T for way over ** years. The first rep told me there was a "really neat website" out there to dispute our cancellation fee. He transferred me to a supervisor (after holding for ** minutes). She had a real attitude problem and is the one who said she had "my" signature. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she was as high as I could go. They were billing me the cancellation fee and if I didn't pay they would turn it over to collection. Said goodbye and hung up on me. She was disrespectful, rude, talked over me when I was trying to explain and overall very unprofessional.*We feel this cancellation fee is totally wrong and should not be charged to us.
