My issue is, I called in on Nov. * to discuss my increasing ATT bill, the representative I spoke with discussed some possibilities and added some promotions. The representative also stated to me that it would take effect on my next bill which would be Dec. * or *, however when I received my bill it actually went up almost $** instead of going down by $**. I would like an adjustment on my December account and the right amount from there on. For the last few months, my bill has been inconsistent and it is stressful to where I am not being helped.
