I've had my att.net email account for * years and out of nowhere it stopped taking my password. I tried the security questions but they're vague and I can't remember what I put * years ago and any reset pass code gets sent to the email I can't get into. I tried to call AT&T twice and both times they kept asking me about my phone and internet no matter how many times I tried to explain to them that i'm only talking about my AT&T email account and both times I was given phone numbers that didn't work. I only need to get in my account which is *****@***.com. Ideally i would like the reset pass code sent to my gmail account or to my mother's att.net account *****@***.com. My account is where all of my important emails are sent so it is imperative that I be able to get into it.
