Internet, wireless bundle. I scheduled my midterm exam for * a.m. this morning. And while creating a diagram was disconnected from my exam. I performed the necessary troubleshooting method and found that my services had been disconnected. I discontinued my wireless service and switch to another carrier, but kept my internet service for my graduate studies. I phoned customer service where I got no resolve, I would have paid on the account, but my funds will not post from the Veterans Affairs until midnight tonight. All I wanted was for someone to work with me until my funds posted tonight allowing me to complete my exam. But, all I got in return was if you don't pay $***.** today then we can't help you. My education is important to me, maybe not to AT&T but something could have been done. So, now I have failed an exam and at what cost? Secondly, when your trying to explain your financial situation and no one seems to care that's hurtful. I am trying to workout a resolve with the University in order to do a retake, but that's at the University's discretion. I also, have a presentation due for my next exam and are you guys going to keep my service disconnected in order to extort more money out of me. I live off my disability and have a budget and sometimes you can't come up with all of that at once. I just would at least like to complete my next exam deliverable, before I lose out on this one as well. *** *** ****
