An AT&T representative came to my house and quoted me a price for changing my cell phone from Verizon to AT&T and bundling it with my Internet and changing my cable from Uverse to Direct TV. In the last few months I have been paying more than what I paid previously. The representative stopped corresponding with me and calling AT&T customer service has been non productive because they are trying to give me something different than what the lady quoted to me. I would like to cancel my contract and go back to Verizon and Uverse because I am not getting what I was promised. Also I don’t feel it is my responsibility to pay these bills that are way more than I budgeted to pay in a month. *In addition to that if all my things are bundled I don’t understand why one AT&T representative can not handle everything. Why do I have to call different departments and why am I still receiving numerous bills that are all much higher than I expected to pay.
